Abdulrazak obtained his MSc and PhD from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and his Post doctorate training from Shimane University, Japan. He is the CEO, National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor of Animal Science and former DVC, Research and Extension at Egerton University and a member of the National Economic and Social Council in Kenya. He chairs the African Technology Policy Studies Network, is a Commissioner of the African Commission on Nuclear Energy and one of the Governors of the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in Italy. He has published over 120 papers in international journals, scientific conferences and symposia proceedings, national newspapers and Biologists UK and editorial board member of five international referred journals.
